Purpose of the position:

Cabin Crew Recruitment Manager is responsible for the oversight of Cabin Crew recruitment and job placement. This position ensures all crew members fit within our company culture and have the necessary skills to perform their duties. This position reports directly to the Cabin Operations (Senior) Manager Crew Resources and Planning.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitments and sourcing, coordinates company branding and marketing activities with respective cross department functions, including but not limited to: job fairs, schools, industry networking, advertisements, internet posting, social media, employment agencies and employee referrals for Cabin Crew,
  • Lead with the highest integrity standards the Cabin Crew recruitment team and onboarding team.
  • Develop, in cooperation with the team, strategy to achieve better efficiency while maintaining the highest crew recruitment standards,
  • Develop new recruiting sources,
  • Lead and contribute to identifying recruiting needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments,
  • Ensure that KPIs are met, recruitment efforts from initial sourcing, screening and testing to offer acceptance, for all cabin crew programs are adjusted to achieve the strategic goals of the company. Establish and maintain recruitment KPIs for cabin crew programs,
  • Create, manage and present the performance reporting on a real time and long-term basis identifying trends and areas of improvement. Ensure follow up on those improvements,
  • Monitor/benchmark industry best practices to ensure the crew recruitment optimization and improvement on a continuous basis,
  • Standardize and develop recruitment and onboarding processes in collaboration with AOC Lead-Recruitment Coordinator.
  • Create team evaluation process, keep team spirit, personal development, career progression,
  • Manage the cross-department cooperation to ensure information flow,
  • Lead process/system development to automate and digitize processes and introduce innovative solutions,
  • Set recruitment activation targets together with Cabin Operations Managers and Cabin Operations Manager Crew Resources and Planning,
  • Align on basic training planning with Training Planning department,
  • Lead and supervise activation for Cabin Crew trainings – monitor status, and present to crossfunctional departments,
  • Supervise recruitment event planning (online, face to face), and management (standardize process), ensure cost-efficiency (track matrix: quality of hire, cost per hire, etc.) – aligned with recruitment targets,
  • Monitor recruitment results, and statistics – analyse figures – and present to cross-functional departments,
  • Track metrics related to recruitment (e.g., quality of hire, cost per hire, etc.) to evaluate various strategies and improve hiring efficiency,
  • Support marketing activities with figures, and inputs needed,
  • Monitor holding pool status of new recruits,
  • Participate on recruitment events, if needed,
  • Create manual, and keep updated.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Completed University Degree
  • Min 1 year of working experience
  • Marketing experience is an advantage
  • Able to work in a team oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with all phases of the recruitment life cycle is an advantage
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet established targets, and work within critical milestones
  • Strong interpersonal (verbal/written, and presentation), organizational, evaluation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong digital mindset, change driven
  • MS Office literacy especially reporting and managing databases
  • Must be self-disciplined, structured, possess follow-up
  • Must be able to travel
